A quorum 0 or more) present, the follovinp action was taken by the comiri ttee :
Discussed ditch lining contract and recommended that Jim Flisrand be authorized
to negotiate with the contractor to reduce the cost.
September claims were reviewed and the committee recommended. that they be paid.
Ernie Davis was granted permission to purchase used radios for the street
department. This is a budgeted item.
Ernie was given permission to get the boom truck frame straightened at Jim's
frame shop at at cost of $580.00.
• Don Hackmann was granted permission to buy more than two typewriters which was
budgeted for in Revenue Sharing, but not to exceed the $2,500 budgeted amount.
Don was instructed to complete the questionnaire survey to estimate local
government financing needs.
