A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by the committees
Claims:
T-he January claims were reveiwed and the committee recommended
that they be paid.
City Hall-Boiler:
Jim Flisrand presented a proposal from F.B. Services for the
City Hall boiler repair and maintenance as follows:
--Install two new gas valves, two gas stops and two electric
switches 38:00
--Clean boiler burners 38.00
--Add boiler cleaner & conditioner 210.00
Total $ 634.00
The committee recommended acceptance of this proposal.
Oil Severence Monev
The City budgeted $300 for oil severence revenue and we received
$15,345.60.
The committee recommends that $7,500 be tr-ansferred to the
Capital Projects,Fund--Fire Truck and to set up a Capital Projects
Fund - for the Library Building and transfer $7,500 to the fund.
Purchase Requisitions
Dave Michael, Public Utilities Director, presented purchase
requisitions as follows:
Water Plant.

4 unit Heaters
Pallet Jack
Sewer Plant
* Pick up Truck
Sewer Lift Station
* Fence - Villaqe Subdivision

* The committee recommended the purchase of these items.
Note: all of the items are in the 1985-86 budget, but due to the cash •
flow situation in the water fund, not all items were approved at this
time.
