A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The April claims were reviewed and the committee recommended that they be paid.
The committee recommends contacting Mel Tiensvold, CPA for a 1985-86 audit proposal.
The committee approved purchase requisitions for a rescue rope and. a generator
by the fire department from Revenue Sharing. This is in the 1985-86 budget.
The committee recommends to proceed with Step 1 to Perform Present Worth
Analysis to be able to implement a system development fee for water.
Meeting adjourned at 5:35 p.m.
