A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee reviewed the pickup bids from Johnson Ford and
Fichtner Chevrolet. Motion by Rob Harris and seconded by
Donna Kilpatrick, to award a bid to Johnson Ford for a F150
1/2-Ton pickup in the amount of $9,045.00 for the Sewer
System and to award a bid to Fichtner Chevrolet for a 1/2-Ton
pickup in the amount of $9,379.09 for the Sewer Plant. Motion
carried 4--0.
Discussed the soccer program and liability insurance at
Thompson Park. Jim will check with Joe Bradley regarding
• insurance. Approved the purchase of soccer balls not to
exceed $80.00.
Meeting adjourned at 5:05 p.m.
