A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee reviewed the June claims and recommended that
they be paid.
The committee recommends that a capital projects fund be set
up for a new swimming pool. A resolution will be prepared for the
July 21st council meeting.
Ernie Davis was granted permission to purchase: a paint
striping machine in-the amount of $2,130 and 2 18 horse, 44"
riding lawn mowers @ $1,539 each.( 1 parks and 1 cemetery). These
items are in the 1987-88 budget.
Dave Michael was granted permission to purchase 24 ton of
alum in the amount of $6,144, which is in the 1987-88 budget.
Meeting adjourned at 5:35 p.m.
