Budget/Finance COMMITTEE

A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The September claims were reviewed and the committee recommended
that they be paid.
Discussion regarding the financing for the cemetery backhoe.
It was decided to refer this to the City Council, depending on
the outcome of the Perpetual Fund Ordinance.
Gave approval for the following purchase requistions:
1. Contract for library services $6,498.00
2. 10 - 300 gallon garbage cans $1,455.00
3. Fire prevention materials for $560.00
fire prevention week
4. Fire Safety Activity Books for Fire $495.00
Prevention week.
5. Two strob lights and power supply $425.00
6. Five air bottles in Fire Dept. $1,250.00
Meeting Adjourned at 5:35 P.M.
