A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:

Committee gave approval for the following purchase requisitions:
1. 8 all season tires for police cars 451.68
2. 5 Heaters for the water plant 1,770.00
3. 15 - 300 gallon garbage cans 2,182.50
4 - 90 gallon garbage cans 278.00
5 - 300 gallon lids 200.00
2 - 90 gallon lids 54.00
Bob reported that the General fund cash is going to be extremely low in November.
He will advise the department heads to watch their spending.
Meeting adjourned at 5:05 P.M.
