A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee reviewed the November_ claims and recommended that
they be paid in the amount of $179,492.83.
Due to a low cash balance in the General Fund, the committee
recommends that no purchase requisitions over $300 be approved until
January 1988, unless it is an emergency situation.
The committee approved the payment of the new Cemetery backhoe
by December 10, 1987. The bid was accepted on October 6, 1987.
Approved a purchase requisition for replacement of boiler controls
at the sewer plant in the amount of $906.51.
Meeting adjourned at 5:37 p.m.
