A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee reviewed the February claims and recommended that
they be paid.
The committee approved purchase requisitions as follows:
Install 200 amp service, circuits, and
new circuit box at the city shop $ 1,195
Letter quality printer and graphics board
for IBM PC computer 11400
. Diaphragm and lower clamps for sludge
pumps 375
Float system on lift station at sewer plant 747
Air compressor pump at city shop 589
Stop valves, copper tubing, meter generator
with remote read outs 560
Hepatitis shots for 14 employees 1,750
The committee rejected a claim by the Ambulance
service for flowers for Michelle Stephens' mother,
who is not an employee of the city.
Meeting adjourned at 5:22 p.m.
