Collins OTHERS PRESENT: Darrell McGillen, Alan Crowe, Jim Flisrand, Ernie Davis, Dave Michael, Don Hackman Bob Gauthier distributed the Mayor's status reports dated 4-5-88. The Mossmain Bridge will be closed until July. The curb on South 1st Avenue should be completed in a couple of weeks. Get your budget worksheets turned in by the end of the week. The East Main lift station pumps have been ordered. They should be here in about 6 weeks and construction completed 30 days later. Discussion regarding sweeping streets in the Village Subdivision. This area is scheduled for chip sealing this summer and the streets will be swept prior to that. The Water Quality Bureau has inspected the wastewater Treatment Plant and a report will follow. The boat ramp is now completed. Village Subdivision Homeowner's Association is trying to get a Neighborhood watch program and wants to use the Council Chambers for a meeting. Chuck Rodgers reported that Frank Wiley wants his water meter problem reviewed again. Laurel Women In Business is having a downtown clean-up on April 17th and they would like a truck parked in Firemen's Park.
