B. Other's present: Dave Michael , Ernie Davis
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee reviewed the April claims and recommended that
they be paid.
A purchase requisition was approved for the purchase of 2
manhole rings and lids in the amount of $480.
Due. to revenue shortfall, the committee recommends that
spending in all funds be held to a minimum. All purchases
in excess of $100 requires approval by the Budget/Finance
committee. This is effective immediately.
Meeting adjourned at 5:25 p.m.
