A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Approved a purchase requisition in the amount of $ 275.00 for a
water pump for the bomag roller.
The Committee reviewed the 1987-88 audit proposal and recommended
that we accept the proposal from Mel Tiensvold., CPA, in the amount
of $ 8,500.00, the same as last year.
Reviewed the final 1988-89 preliminary budget.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:07 p.m.
