McGillen A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by the Committee: The Committee reviewed the claims for November and recommended that they be paid. After a lengthy discussion, the Budget/Finance Committee recommends that two different signatures be required on a purchase order/claim before it is paid..As required in the past, attached to the P.O. should be a packing slip (if one is available), purchase requisition (if one is necessary, and a copy of the invoice. Don will get cost estimates for increasing the employee blanket bond amount. Purchase requisitions were approved as follows: Water Fund Valve box risers and curb boxes $ 310 3 meter quick disconnect for meter test bench 345 12 water meter chambers 200 misc.
