A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
The Committee reviewed the claims for November and
recommended that they be paid.
After a lengthy discussion, the Budget/Finance Committee
recommends that two different signatures be required on a
purchase order/claim before it is paid..As required in the past,
attached to the P.O. should be a packing slip (if one is
available), purchase requisition (if one is necessary, and a copy
of the invoice.
Don will get cost estimates for increasing the employee
blanket bond amount.

The Committee recommends approval to purchase the proposed
Kenworth water tender from the Fire Truck Capital Projects Fund,
if it costs less than $ 10,000.00.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
