A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
The City has received notice from United of Omaha of a
25% increase in the group health insurance premium.
Discussion. Since the Montana Municipal Insurance
Authority is reviewing the possibility of including Health
Insurance in their program, it was suggested to continue this
policy until 9--1-89.
There should be a preliminary report at the MMIA monthly
meeting in January. Depending on what comes out in this
report we could possibly go out for bids in June of 1989.
Discussion regarding new requirements for purchases,
signatures on invoices and P.O.'s.
Approved purchase requisitions as follows:

30 flame-resistant knit hoods

Truck radio for new water tender
1974 Kenworth truck
Automatic transmission for water
tender
