A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
The Committee reviewed the January claims and recommended
that they be paid.
The Committee reviewed and approved several new vendors.
The Fire Department requested permission to go out for
bids on Air Packs. Ten Thousand Dollars is budgeted for this year
and the balance is to be paid over a 2 or 3 year period.
The Committee approved purchase requisitions as follows:
General Fund
Repair brakes on Fire Truck # 4 $ 1,447.96
Battery for Fire Truck # 3 165.48
10' X 6' suction hose 440.00
Repair Rosco smoke maker 160.15
Wiring for gas pumps at City Shop 974.60
Contribution to Senior Helping
