A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
The Committee reviewed the April claims and recommended that
they be paid.
The Committee reviewed and approved several new vendors.
Discussed the increase in Montana Leaq_ue of Cities and
Towns dues for 1989-90. Dues are .25G per capita, based. on
the 1986 estimated population figures of the U.S. Bureau of
Census, which is estimated. at 7,310. Since 1980 the dues have
been based on a population of 5,481. The dues would go from
$1,370.25 to $1,327.50, an increase of $457.25.
The Committee recommends that we continue as a member of
the League and to budget for the increase.

New 9" post hole digger
Architect fees for FAP renovation
Dry erase board and marker kit for
Fire Department
Two- 4D batteries for motor grader
Bubble balancer for tires
Readers guide for the Library
Capital Projects Fund
