Ray Willis A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by the Committee: The Committee reviewed the November-claims and recommended that they be paid. Bob Graham presented and discussed a proposal to sell land to the City for a future water reservoir North of the City. He is offering 117 acres for $100,000.00. This proposal was taken under advisement. Rev. Ray Willis, of Calvary Baptist Church, was present to discuss the snow removal charge for his church. Joe explained that possibly the most reasonable option is to re-define the district boundary and exclude undeveloped land on the edge of town. After further discussion the Committee decided to study this further and make a recommendation at a later date. The Committee recommended to spend approximately $150 for meat and cheese plates for each Department for the holidays. Discussion regarding stop light at First Avenue and First Street and street lights at Valley Drive and 12th Street.
