McGillen CJ Citv Hall Don Hackmann Bruce Teeters Alan Crowe A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by the Committee: The Committee reviewed the January claims and recommended that they be paid. Several new vendors were reviewed and approved. The Committee approved purchase requisitions as follows: General Fund Supplier to repair water leak at Riverside Park $ 283.00 Repair to road grader 1,508.00 Alternator for road grader 250.00 2 - 4 X M adapters and equipment slide for Fire Department 497.23 4 batteries, electrical lighting and misc. supplies for Tender #2 524.14 Plumbing supplies for new tender 637.69 Water Fund Liquid alum & equipment $ 1,045.00 4- 150# chlorine cylinders 261.00 Fire Hydrant 680.00 Meter parts 429.00 Sewer Fund Repair fireye for boiler control at WWTP $ 455.00 6 HP sodium light bulbs and 2 ignitors 237.30 . The cost of construction is estimated at $8,386 (7,561 + 640 + 185). There is only a $7,000 balance in the line item for construction. The Committee recommends transfering $1,386 from the Utilities budget and to approve the project in the amount of $ 8,386. Bob distributed the mid-year budget review. Discussion regarding the snow removal assessment for 1990 and possibly putting a cap of $50 per each tax code. The Committee will discuss this further at the next meeting.
