A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
The Committee reviewed the January claims and recommended that
they be paid.
Several new vendors were reviewed and approved.
The Committee approved purchase requisitions as follows:
General Fund
Supplier to repair water leak at Riverside Park $ 283.00
Repair to road grader 1,508.00
Alternator for road grader 250.00
2 - 4 X M adapters and equipment slide for
Fire Department 497.23
4 batteries, electrical lighting and misc.

There was discussion regarding the proposed remodeling at the PAP
for safety and security reasons. The cost of construction is
estimated at $8,386 (7,561 + 640 + 185). There is only a
$7,000 balance in the line item for construction. The Committee
recommends transfering $1,386 from the Utilities budget and to
approve the project in the amount of $ 8,386.
Bob distributed the mid-year budget review.
Discussion regarding the snow removal assessment for 1990 and
possibly putting a cap of $50 per each tax code. The Committee
will discuss this further at the next meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
