A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
The Committee reviewed the February claims and recommended
that they be paid.
Discussion regarding buying a used garbage truck from Billings
to convert for hauling large garbage containers to the Billings
Landfill.
Bob briefed the Committee on the diesel spill by M.R.L.,
the 1980 Ford 1-ton truck that was involved. in an accident, and
an accident after a police chase.
The Committee approved purchase requisitions as follows:

Payroll warrants 224.50
Valves for Fire Department 280.45
Repair boiler at City Hall 418.47
Electrical tester for vehicles 380.00
