A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
The Committee reviewed the following 1990-91 preliminary
budgets:
City Treasurer
. D P W
Cemetery
City Shop
Airport Authority
The Committee recommended to continue
the 2-mill assessment for the
Airport Authority.
Firemen's Relief
The Committee recommended to continue
the 2-mill assessment for the Firemen's
Pension Fund.
FAP Bonds & Interest (3 mills)
Storm Sewer Bonds & Interest (14 mills)
Capital Project- Funds
PERS (4 mills)
Comprehensive Insurance Fund (10 mills)
Police Health Insurance Fund (2 mills)
Employee Health Insurance Fund (10 mills)

A total of 112 mills is budgeted for and at this time it is
estimated that the dollar amount will not exceed the 1986
assessment.
Discussion regarding extending the building permit jurisdiction
one mile beyond the city limits. The Committee feels that it is
not economically feasible at this time.
Don will solicit bids for the 1989--90 audit.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
