A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
The Committee reviewed a letter from the Yellowstone County
Sheriff's Department regarding a request for drug enforcement
money. Since Laurel apparently does not benefit from this
program, the Committee excluded Laurel's proportionate share,
$1,621.01, from the 1990-91 budget.
The Committee recommended to accept Steve Cosner's bid for
the 1989-90 audit in the amount of $8,500.
Final cuts were made on the 1990-91 preliminary budget,
which will be presented to the City Council on Jurp_19th.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:07 p.m.
