A quorum (3 or more) present, the fallowing action was taken
by the Committee:
The Committee reviewed the June claims and recommended that
they be paid.
There was discussion regarding the purchase of tools from
is Harbor Freight and Salvage Company, Camarillo, California. It
was recommended that future purchases be made locally.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:
Montana League of Cities & Towns 1990-91 dues
Harbor Freight & Salvage- tools for Shop
FAP Boiler Maintenance control
10 flashlights & 35 red lenses for Fire Dept.
Liquid alum & equip. for Water Plant
The meeting was adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
