A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
The Committee reviewed the July claims and recommended that
they be paid.
Bob explained the changes to the preliminary budget and
• distributed copies of the 1990-91 final budget.
Bob said that Touch America has contacted him regarding
changing long distance calls from A T & T to them. After a
discussion the Committee recommended to stay with A T & T.
Reviewed and approved purchase orders as follows:
General Fund
Sprinkler head replacements $ 267.00
Chemicals for pool 60$.00
Chemicals for pool 265.00
Dry chlorine for pool 240.00
Swimsuits for Lifeguards .281.00
Repair leads to electric motor (pool) 211.00
Repair steering on S-9 (loader) 532.00
Extrication equip. - Fire Department 7,457.50
Vehicle & equipment parts - Fire Dept. 737.92
Books for Library - purchased from the
