A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
The Committee reviewed the September claims and recommend.ed
that they be paid.
Alan Crowe and Darrell McGillen presented a proposal for
. replacing the phone system at the FAP. The low bid was $5,440,
which would be paid from the 9-1-1 funds ($3,775) and. the
General Fund ($1,665). Bob Gauthier will check to see where a
transfer could be made in the General Fund so that this could
be purchased as soon as possible.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:
