A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
The Committee reviewed a resolution to create a Capital
Projects Fund for the Fire Dept. to replace Resolution No. 2066,
and a resolution requiring two signatures on City checks. The
Committee recommended approval of both resolutions.
. Dave Michael presented a purchase requisition to purchase
garage door openers for 2 shop doors. Apparently one door is
not working properly with the manual chain system. This needs
to be checked out further. Approval for the purchase was not
granted at this time.
One purchase requisition was approved in the amount of
$480.00 for programing changes needed on the 1990 W-2's.
L.D. Collins mentioned a problem with snow removal at 1009
East Main Street.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:05 p.m.
