A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
The Committee reviewed the following 1991-92 preliminary
budgets:
Library Mayor
City Clerk Election Expense
City Hall Air Pollution
City Council Light Districts #2 & #3
Due to increased electrical costs and decrease in cash
reserves, the Committee recommended that the assessment for
Light District #2 (residential) be increased from $14,793 to
$18,491. Cost of electricity is estimated to be $21,504.
Without an assessment increase the cash would have a deficit
balance on 11-30-92 of approximately $2,800. The increase
would be approximately $3-$4 per residence located in Light
District #2.
No increase is recommended for Light District #3.

The next meeting is schedule for Wednesday, April 17th,
at 4--3.0 to review the Public Works budgets.
The Ambulance, City Court and City Attorney is scheduled
for April 29th at 4:30 p.m.
