A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
The Committee reviewed. the November_ claims and, recommended
that they be paid.
The Committee also recomm.end.ed cash transfers to the Fire
Department ($15,000), Ambulance ($7,500) and Computer (57,500)
• Capital projects funds.
Mike Atkinson reported that we can possibly get some free
computer programs from the State to be used on the computer at
the Police station. Personnel training will be approximately
$800 which could come out of the training fund.
The Police, Fire and Ambulance have been discussing the
possibility of getting 3 cellular phones. They are needed at
times during an emergency situation. Mike was directed to come
back at the next Budget/Finance meeting with some projected costs.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:
