A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
The Committee reviewed the March claims and recommended that
they be paid.
Two new vendors were approved..
A Resolution to borrow $26,800 for pavment on the new Fire
truck was reviewed and the Committee recommended approval.
A Resolution to establish a Capital Projects Fund for street
equipment was reviewed and the Committee recommended approval.
Discussion regarding the purchase of a new pick-up. It
was suggested that this be included on the priority list for
new street equipment.
