A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
The 1992-93 preliminary budget is completed and copies will
be distributed at tonight's council meeting.
Darrell McGillen would like to purchase 2 air activated
dump valves in the amount of $2,200. There are sufficient dollar
amounts in other line items to transfer so that this purchase
• can be made.
Approved purchase requisitions as follows:
General Fund
Two air dump valves for Fire Dept. $ 2,200.00
1,000 pages for Treasurer's cash book 492.00
1 year subscription to Montana Law Week 265.00
Replace entry lock and install deadbolt
on concession stand 260.00
Gas Tax Fund
500 ton MC800 cold mix $10,500.00
Rental on backhoe to clean storm drain
ditch 975.00
Water Fund
Distributor and starter for W-2 (1976 For
dump truck) 299.00
Solid Waste Fund
Dumping fees for the month of May at the
• Billings Landfill 3,482.00
Ten 300 and five 90 gallon garbage cans 2,250.00
