A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
The Committee reviewed the claims for August and recommended
that they be paid.
Discussion regarding the purchase of a newlawn mower for the
Parks Department. Dave received a bid for a John Deere in the
amount of $5,698.00. He still has other bids to come in, so no
recommendation was made at this time.
The Committee recommended to advertise for a new loader.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:
General Fund
Service and refill fire extinguishers at
the FAP
Washer and dryer for FAP
New upholstery for LA-1
Chemicals for pool
Repair clutch on Ford riding lawn mower
at Cemetery
Sharp SF71.00 copier for Library
Two - 2-way radios for the Ambulance
Service

Fire Department
