Collins Chuck Rodgers Bob Graham Norman Orr OTHER'S PRESENT: Dave Michael A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by the Committee: The Committee approved purchase requisitions as follows: General Fund Yellowstone County Air Pollution Control-- City's share for 1992-93 $ 3,078.00 10m time card books, 5m purchase orders, 500 equipment record sheets, 2 cases of City license forms and notices 1,041.80 Laurel Senior Citizens Center 300.00 Senior Helping Hands Program 400.00 40 cervi collars- various sizes 474.60 Upgrade secondary printer from an Okidata 391 to an HP Laser III Printer 1,170.00 The printer upgrade is because it will be used more for letters, resolutions and ordinances and the laser gives a much better "letter quality". Bob Gauthier said that it's worth it to upgrade to a laser printer and the committee agreed. Snow Removal Fund Four mud/snow tires for sanding truck 532.00 Discussion regarding a loan for the garbage fund. Bob Graham reported that the garbage committee recommended a $68,,000 loan, however it was later found out that the dollar amount was $77,000, as follows: F, -I LJ Truck weight sensors $ 18,000 Landfill closure 30,000 Container site 12,000 Containers 12,000 Seeding 5,000 Don will get bids from the local banks and have a resolution prepared for the 1-5-93 council meeting.
