Collins A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by the Committee: The Committee reviewed the claims for December and recommended that they be paid. The Committee also recommended to accept the bid from Yellowstone Bank for financing garbage equipment and expenses in the amount of $77,000 at 6.24% interest for 5 years.
