A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
The Committee reviewed the claims for December and recommended
that they be paid.
The Committee also recommended to accept the bid from
Yellowstone Bank for financing garbage equipment and expenses
in the amount of $77,000 at 6.24% interest for 5 years.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:
General Fund
5m utility envelopes $ 217.00
Repair electrical service in pole barn 240.00
Hepatitis vaccine for four police
officers 240.00
Series of 3 hepatitis shots for 4

Please submit your bid by 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 31, 1992.
The successful bidder will receive a copy of the resolution
approving this transaction and the City will need a payment
schedule showing monthly payments of principle and interest.
