CITY HALL MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman- Donna Kilpatrick Ron Marshall Norman Orr Bob Gauthier Chuck Rodgers Don Hackmann Bob Graham OTHERS PRESENT: Vicki Metzger The Committee reviewed the following 1993-94 preliminary budgets: General Fund Revenue and Mill Levy Treasurer SIDS Light District #2 Light District #3 FAP Bonds Storm Sewer Bonds PERS, Comp. Ins., Police Ins., Health Ins., Mill Levies Mayor Council The Committee recommended to leave the Light District #2 and #3 assessment the same as last year. It appears that by assessing three mills in 1993 and 1994 there should be sufficient funds to pay off the FAP Bonds and interest by June of 1995. No assessment will be required in 1995. The assessment for Storm Sewer Bonds and interest should remain at approximately 14 mills for the years 1993 through 1998. Final payment is due in June of 1999. The Committee recommended to leave the total mill levy at 115 mills, as follows: General All Purpose 65 PERS 6 Comprehensive Insurance 10 Policeman's Insurance 2 Employee Health Insurance 11 Airport Authority 2 Fireman's Relief 2 FAP Bonds and Interest 3 Storm Sewer Bonds & Interest 14 115 The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m. Respectfully submitted, Don Hackmann City Clerk
