BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE

Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:
General Fund
Three Life-Pak 5 batteries $ 300.00

Travel for Dave Michael to Seminar
in Havre 205.00
Discussion regarding HB 517 which the legislature recently passed
and signed by the governor. The bill established a retirement
incentive program, which is mandatory for state and university
system employers, and optional for local government.
It could cost the City somewhere up to $90,000 to participate in
the program.
Due to the cost the committee recommended not to participate in the
program.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:50 p.m.
