Meeting called to order at 7:29 p.m. with the following
members present:

PUBLIC HEARING' FILE BA 85-03: A variance has.been ~equested
on N~ of Lot 12 and 13~ Block 12, Yellowstone Subdivision, ~LMF
Zone~ to allow an attached-carport 2 ft._from the.p~operty line.
The property is located at 315 Forbear Avenue, Laurel, MT.
Petitioner present. Fees pa.id. Advertised in the Laurel Outlook
7/24 and 7/31/85. No protests.. Cal Cumin.stated the variance
does not "fit" the grounds for a variance as set forth in the
ordinance. She has a very nice place, Yery neat looking. Cal
can find no reason to deny this ~equest. Discussion of drainage.
· Petitioner will install drain pipe.
Motion from Don Cahill to grant the variance, seconded. Vote:
4 for 0 against.
