Laurel, 'Montana. Fee has been paid. Advertised in the Laurel
Outlook on May 22 and May 29, 1985.
Petitioner pres~'nt. No protests.
Herman Kukes explained his-request.
Cal Cumin went through questions to Rek~fwhe~ ~ variance is requested.
Hardship must be proven. Cumin does not think Kukes conforms.

Discussion of backyard, telephone pole, etc. This will not make room
for any more people, Just more comfortable for those who are already
there. More discussion.
Motion from Claude Cory to grant the variance, seconded by Bonnie
Preikszas. Vote: 4 for, 0 against. Carried.
Petitioner will comply with building permit regulations.
