Meeting called to order at 7:04 p.m., with the following
members present:
Andy Muri
Don Cahill
Claude Cory
Rod Adams
Also present:
Kieth Metzger
FILE #84-03 METZGER: A variance has been requested on NW¼NE¼,
Section 9 and the SW¼SE¼, Section 4, T2S, R24E, MPM, RE-20,000
single family zone, to allow a 50'x50' expansion of the body
shop (expanding a non-conforming use). The property is located
at 215 E. Maryland Lane, Laurel. Fee has been paid. Published
· in the Outlook June 20 and June 27, 1984. Kieth Metzger present
representing petitioner. No protests or protestors. Kieth
presented a sketch of the new building being proposed, existing
building plus expansion. Discussion.
Cumin Associates recommends denial. Discussion.
This is a change of ownership from George
son, Kieth. Discussion of proposed body shop:
cars, perhaps fencing.
Metzger to his

Motion from Don Cahill, second by Claude Cory, to approve
the variance as requested. Vote: 4 for, 0 against. Passed.
