Meeting called to order by Andy Muri, Acting Chairman,
at 7:35 p.m., with the following members present:
Don Cahill Andy Muri
Bonnie Preikszas Rod Adams
Also present:
Mr. & Mrs. Thomas A. Russell
PETITION #8~02 RUSSELL: A'variance has been requested on
S20'L. 19, 20; Block 1i Laurel Heights Subdivision, R6000 zone,
to allow a pre-built garage to be moved onto the building site.
The property is located at'30! 2nd Avenue, Laurel, Montana.
Fee has been paid. Published in the Laurel Outlook ~18 and
4/25/84. No protests received. No protestors present. Petitioner
present. This will be a 14x20 foot garage, 2x6 construction to
be placed on a new slab. Cumin Associates has no objections.
The garage will comply'with all city codes.
Motion from Don Cahill to grant the variance, seconded by
Bonnie Preikszas. Carried with the vote being & for, 0 against.
Meeting adjourned at 8:40 p.m.

NOTICE OF DECISION ON
PETITION FOR VARIANCE
THOMAS A. RUSSELL having pgtitioned for a variance from
the City of Laurel zoning ordinances permitting the following:
allow a pre-built garage to be moved onto the
building site
The premises for which the variance is requested being
located at the following:
S20'L.18,20; Blk l; Laurel Heights Subdivision
known as 301 2nd Avenue, Laurel, Montana.
Please take notice that at a meeting of the Laurel Board
of Adjustment held on May 8, 1984, and after public notice and
a public hearing having been held, the Board granted the petition
for a variance.
Members of the Board participating in the decision were
Don Cahill, Andy Muri, Rod Adams and Bonnie Prelkszas.
The vote of the Board being 4 votes for granting the
variance and 0 votes against granting the variance.
