ASPHALT SUPPLY REVIEW COMMITTEE

A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
At the request of Darrell L. McGillen,
will apply to the Mayor to appoint Dic

firm could possibly be shared by the City/Asphalt Supply.

adjuster, Joe Tobin, to see if results of tests taken have been
analyzed.
4. Traffic-noise-exit of trucks loading & unloading Asphalt Supply
representative will work on remedying this problem. This is
a low priority item.
L. D. Collins asked if building permits had been secured for all
existing tanks.
