Other's present: DATE February 12, 1986 TIME 2:04 p.m. PLACE OF MEETING City-Council Chambers Chairman Donna Kilpatrick L. D. Collin: Steve Duganz Rob Harris , Darrell L. McGillen Jim Fletcher k] A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by the committee: At the request of Darrell L. McGillen, will apply to the Mayor to appoint Dic to represent the Laurel Volunteer Fire Outlined problem areas: 1. Asphalt emission on homes Jim Fletcher will check with insurance adjuster, Joe Tobin, to see if results of tests taken have been analyzed. 4. Traffic-noise-exit of trucks loading & unloading Asphalt Supply representative will work on remedying this problem. This is a low priority item. L. D.
