ASPHALT SUPPLY REVIEW COMMITTEE

A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
A bid on moving tanks was presented by Asphalt Supply from a
Colorado firm $250,000.00. L. D. Collins asked if it wouldn't
be more cost effective to have a local firm move the plant.
Jim Fletcher said that after the meeting with the committee he
didn't think it would be necessary for somebody from his firm
to be present at the Council meeting July 1st when the Council
reconsiders the licenses. The chairman said she thought it
would behoove the company to be present.
Scott Stanaway said they have application forms for leasing
land from the BN in Mossmain Industrial site. Jim Fletcher,
asked if the City could help with the cost of moving. Joe
Bradley said we can only ask the Councilmen. He could not speak
for them.
Scott Stanaway asked for a recommendation of the committee, but
the committee will not recommend -.it will present a report to
the Council.
