the committee:

1. Presentation to buy the ambulance service by Alden Pederson,
Atty.
A) Client wants to use the dispatching service and is
willing to pay a fee.
B) Could provide own housing for ambulance.
C) Intends to have a profitable business, not a tax writeoff.
D) Will do all billing and collecting.
• 2. The committee recommends looking into this in further detail
with guidance from the Council.
3. Have received two bids on the old ambulance:
Livingston $1,500.00
Bozeman 1,800.00
Committee will wait for more bids as these bids are well under
expected bids.
Meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
