RE: Good News on Surveys
Dear Larry,
I am very happy to inform you that turn out has been absolutely great for the surveys. We have
over 500 already returned, which is 150 above the required number for a statistically valid survey.
Between 10 and 25 additional surveys continue to arrive daily.
We have two people currently compiling the surveys and should know within two weeks whether
or not the income levels will allow you to apply for CDBG assistance. In addition to potentially
allowing you to apply for another half million dollars in grants, the needs survey report should be
a tremendous asset in capital improvements planning.
Call anytime. I'll let you know preliminary results when I have the majority of surveys compiled.
