AND 8:00 P.M. The purpose of the ballot issue is to change the current zoning designation on the real property within the City of Laurel, known as the Old North School Lot,. from Public zone to Community Commercial zone. If this ballot initiative DOES PASS, an ordinance is enacted that would allow the land uses of this property to change from land uses allowed in areas zoned for Public to land uses allowed in areas zoned Community Commercial. If this ballot initiative DOES NOT PASS, there would be no change in the allowable land uses for this parcel of property. STATEMENT OF IMPLICATION: O FOR adopting an ordinance changing the zoning designation of the Old North School Lot from Public zone to Community Commercial zone, and amending the Comprehensive Plan.
