A quorum { 3 or more) present. the following action was taken by the comma tt.ee :
The committee met-to review the claims and recommend that they
be paid.
Discussion regarding setting aside a specific amount of money
in a sewer replacement fund for the sewer plant, based on needs.
This will be reviewed furthur during the next few months.
Discussion regarding the Airport Authority's financial statements.
Several people in the airport authority have been requesting a copy.
At the present time John Smith, Chairman gets 1 copy, but apparently
this hasn't been shared with everyone. In the future the city clerk's
office will provide 2 copies and if they want more, they can run them
off on the copy machine.
