B. Other's present: Mike Smith 1)
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Mike requested permission to install a cedar board fence on his
property. Larry to check it out, if it meets codes, permission will be
given.
The State is going ahead with the traffic study on South 1st Ave.
Larry will write a letter to residents on East Maryland between
1st Ave. and Montana Ave. on how to install or get installed a curb
and gutter to prevent flooding on their property.
Larry is to write a follow up letter to Bob Mace to clean up
13th Ave. after piling dirt on it. He will check with Joe Bradley
on the legal amount of time to be given to clean the street or we will
do it and bill him for the labor. We want Council approval on this
matter, so as to get this matter taken care of as soon as possible
after this meeting.
Larry will check on an ordinance on parking by garbage cans. With
the proper ordinance we will see about painting the curbs yellow where
needed.
