FRANK PELICAN having petitioned for a .special review on
the following described premises:
Lot 36, Block 30, East Yellowstone Subdivision,
Amended, HC zone, located at 216 So. lst Avenue,
Laurel, MT.
At a meeting of the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning
Board held on August 9, 1984, after-public notice and a public
hearing having been held, the Board recommends to the Laurel
City Council that the petition for a special review in the above
matter be granted.

following described premises:
Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 28, East Yellowstone
Subdivision, RLMF zone, to allow a mobile home
to be placed on these lots. The property is
located at 101 So. 4th Street, Laurel, MT.
At a.meeting of the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning
Board held on August 9, 1934, after public.notice and a public
hearing having been held, the Board recommends to the Laurel
City Council that the petition for a variance in the above
matter be granted.
