INSURANCE COMMITTEE
DATE July 11, 1984 TIME 5:10 P.M.
PLACE OF MEETING City Hall
Members present: Chairman Bob Gauthier
Don Hackmann, Bob Mann, Don Meyers, Andy Loebe, Dave Michael
B. Other's present: Claude Cory Jim Carlson
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee met to review a letter received from Blue Cross
regarding an increase in premiums effective August lst.
The committee decided to go along with an earlier recommendation
to discontinue the dental coverage. This-was the consensus of the
employees at a meeting on March 27th and also the AFSCME Union members.
Don Hackmann will write a letter to Blue Cross informing them of
our decision. The new rates are as follows:
