A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
This special meeting was-called to get a system set up for the
priorities of street repair and the chip sealing for 84. Dave
Michael and Andy Loebe are to put together the list of work to
be done and the priorities set by them. -The list will be fol-
lowed as to what is to be done each day and in what order.
Any and or all changes in the list of work to be done must go
through Dave Michael as he is the street crew foreman so we
will know where we are and where we stand in our funds for the
year.. We need to have funds left for the spring of 85 for
repairs and street prepping for.chip sealing.
A short discussion about the new curb in front of the Jehovahs
Witness Church was held. The committee feels that the City
rules were not followed properly as the curb was installed.
A motion by Mel Krug to have the curb and gutter removed and
put in according to City codes and to check with Joe Bradley
on the legalities of the situation, seconded by Chuck Dickerson;
motion carried 7--0.
Meeting adjourned. 7:30 p.m.
