BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE

A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee met to review the completed preliminary budget
for 1984--85.
The committee recommends tha t a Special Council meeting be
held on July 9th at 5:00 p.m . for the purpose of approving the
claims for June. The reason for this-is that June 30th is the
end of the fiscal year and a ll the invoices for June won't be
in for the July 3rd Council meeting.
The Budget/Finance Committee will meet at 4:30 on July 9th.
