A. Members present: Chairman Bob Gauthier
Don Hackmann , Jim Flisrand , Dave Michael, Bob Mann
Andy Loebe, Vern Waller
B. Other's present: (see attached list)
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
The committee met to review the current Blue Cross policy and the
proposals by United of Omaha. Other City employees were also present.
Walt Menello, Agent for United of Omaha, reviewed his proposals and
answered questions that the committee had from the last meeting.
Jim Carlson, Blue Cross of Montana, reviewed the City's current
policy and explained the changes this year and answered questions.
The two agents then left the meeting and there was a discussion by
the committee and other employees present.
• Motion by Dave Michael to accept the "Take Charge 11" $100--$300-
deductible health plan and a $10,000 life policy from United.of Omaha,
seconded by Vern Waller. Motion carried 7--0.
Meeting adjourned at 5 pm.
